I’m bringing to a close the third Opening to Life retreat, with new learnings, experiences, excitement and friends. I feel as if we worked hard, despite being in this beautiful, restful place, or maybe because of its grace. The deep relaxation afforded here supports the work of group, to dive deeply below the surface of experience and into a brave new world of emotional authenticity, feeling and connection. There is no place for blame here, we are looking for a language of responsibility, stepping wholeheartedly into ourselves to connect with and from the heart.
