The Power of the Company you Keep 

Have you ever noticed how the company you keep affects who you can be?

Todays blog is about what these effects are and how you can surround yourself with people who support you towards your greatets potential.

Jim Rohn, the motivational speaker made famous the idea that, ‘You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.’

It turns out that you are the average of all the people in your network, in fact, people you have never met are influencing your physical health, your weight, your income and your capacity for personal growth.

So, your network is super important and I’m suggesting that you take some time to think about this, examine it and start to consciously choose who and what you would like to associate with.

According to the Law of Attraction, you are like a magnet that pulls in everything which vibrates at the same frequency. Your frequency is the key to what you attract. So your network does start with you, and looking after your frequency is super important. 

How do you do that?

I have a few ideas for you….

  1. I created a daily routine which supports my alignment and helps me keep my vibration high. You can download a pdf to create your own version of this here

2.   Building awareness so that I am more connected to what is going on for me and have more choice – through meditation and psychotherapy.

3.  BE, DO, HAVE

Come with me on an experiential journey….

Take a moment and think about what it is you would like to HAVE in life.

 It may be a goal related to work, finances, love, health or family. The possibilities are endless.

As you bring to mind this goal, think now about what you need to DO in order to HAVE the things in your life. For example, you may need to set up an exercise program and stick to it!

Now that you know what you need to DO, here’s the kicker, who do you have to BE to have those things in your life?

Take a moment and write down the qualities of this version of you, who could experience and have the things you aim for.

These are your power words, keep them close, savour them, feel them every day. Pin them up somewhere you will see them daily.
